In situational leadership there is an aspect that is not talked about as much as the others; the situational leadership of different life stages. For example, when an employee is young and beginning a family leadership can look different than when they are older and taking care of aging parents. Different hopes, desires and ambitions at different stages in life and also different challenges.
How do you accommodate for different stages of your teams life without being too soft or letting the performance of the team slide?
