PowerPoint (PPT) file

EXCEL PROJECT :

The work in this part must be consistent with your Word file (Part 1). Your workbook should have a descriptive file name.

Your workbook must contain at least 3 worksheets. Each sheet has meaningful information related to what you attempt to clarify. You must use formulas when applicable.

Your worksheets must be properly created and formatted. For example: each sheet must have sheet title and column header; apply a theme; use different font sizes and colors; use currency style to format your dollar amount; use proper formulas.

ACCESS PROJECT :

The work in this part must be consistent with your Word (Part 1) and Excel (Part 2) files. Your database must have a descriptive file name.

Your database must contain at least 3 tables. Each table should be named properly and it should have descriptive field names, a primary key and meaningful data records.

Your database must contain at least 8 queries. Each query is created to answer/address one question. You should use criteria to create your queries.

POWERPOINT PROJECT :

The work in this part is to summarize all your previous work (Word, Excel, and Access). Your PowerPoint (PPT) file must have a descriptive file name.

Your PPT file must contain at least 15 slides. It must cover all aspect of your project and address “Who”, “What”, “Why”, “How”.

Make your PPT professional. Apply an appropriate theme to your PPT. Use proper slide transition and picture animation throughout the entire presentation.
