Week 5 will be completing the items you mentioned in the worksheet from week 3. You will design a teaching project on that topic from week 3 to your targeted audience. You will have a visual aid, like a poster or pamphlet or PowerPoint for the visual part of the project and you will upload this for a grade in the appropriate box. If it is a poster, then take a picture of it and submit. The provider form is signed by the leader of the group you chose to teach. Someone in your family if that is your audience can sign the form. That will be uploaded also for a grade. Then, the paper will be done. However, you need to write a paper like you did the teaching. You have most of the paper information from the worksheet. Follow the rubric and assignment instructions. You will also have a section in the paper that indicates the evaluation from the leader and audience of your teaching. You will also evaluate the whole thing from your point of view as if you would have done something different. This is what your future papers in the degree programs as your limitations of the project. Don’t forget the hours’ sheet. Look at it. You fill in dates and sign. Your leader of the audience can sign that one too.

The RN to BSN program at Grand Canyon University meets the requirements for clinical competencies as defined by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) and the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), using nontraditional experiences for practicing nurses. These experiences come in the form of direct and indirect care experiences in which licensed nursing students engage in learning within the context of their hospital organization, specific care discipline, and local communities.

Note: This is an individual assignment. In 1,500-2,000 words, describe the teaching experience and discuss your observations. The written portion of this assignment should include:
